Refund policy

We accept return requests for items that arrive damaged or defective. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size selection, or preference.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email ed@everythingbutanchovies.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Please contact us promptly after discovering the problem and keep the item and packaging while we review your request.

We will review your request and contact you about the appropriate resolution and any return instructions. Please do not send an item back before contacting us.

This policy does not limit rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
